Lycopodium clav: Dyspepsia due to farinaceous and fermentable food, cabbage, beans, etc. Pain shooting across lower abdomen from right to left.
Lachesis: Bad digestion aspecially after an excess of quinine or alcohol.
Merc. subl. corr: Tenesmus of the rectum, which is incessant, and is not relieved by the stool.

15-20 drops mixed in 1/4 cup of water, 3-4 times daily. In case of acute inflammation and convulsive pains or colic, the same dose at the interval of one hour till the relief, or, as directed by the physician.
