Step 1

Hold the tongue cleaner at the farthest back of your tongue where it’s comfortable.

Step 2

Apply firm pressure and scrape and pull the tongue cleaner from back to front in one slow, smooth motion.

Step 3

Wash it well with water

after every glide.

Step 4

Do this repeatedly for 5-8 times once a day.
